"Sibirit-1200" is an industrial emulsion explosive of the 1st class, manufactured in mixing-charging machines (SZM) of the MSZ type and other similar charging machines, intended to manufacture these explosives and approved by Rostekhnadzor for permanent use. These explosives are designed for mechanized loading of blast holes from the daylight surface and blasting rocks of any strength and degree of watering, including stones and ores containing sulfides.
The minimum diameter of the charged wells is 100 mm.
The maximum well depth is 60 m.
The warranty period for the charge in the well is from 7 to 10 days (depending on the brand of emulsifier).
Temperature conditions of application - from (-40С) to (+50С).
An example of designation when ordering and in the technical documentation: "Sibirit-1200" TU 7276-019-05608605-2005
The main advantages of EVV "Sibirit-1200" are:
-Ample opportunities to control the operability of EVV and its rheological properties of explosives (density, viscosity), both in the process of manufacturing components and in the process of mechanized loading of EVV.
-High level of industrial safety of EE components during transportation (hazard class 5.1) and use (conversion into EE takes place directly in the well);
-The minimum level of negative impact on human health and the environment in the manufacture and use of EHV:
-Oxygen balance 0. The minimum content of nitrogen oxides and carbon monoxide in the gaseous explosion products
-The absence of solid ammonium nitrate (AN) in the EV compositions for mechanized loading (100% emulsion) minimizes the risks of an exothermic reaction with rock, and the level of nitrates in wastewater is more than eight times lower compared to mixed emulsion explosives with solid AN in composition
-Low cost of production of EVV, predetermined by the cost and availability of the main types of raw materials used for their production (ammonium nitrate, industrial oil, water)
-Availability of certificates of compliance with the requirements of the Customs Union and the European Union
