JSC "NITRO SIBIR" has developed and produced more than 20 brands of mixing and charging machines, including underground chargers and attached charging equipment. For more than 30 years of the company's work, the equipment has been developed for the needs of specific large customers. We take into account the peculiarities of open and underground blasting operations at the Customer's mining facility, for which the company develops and produces special modifications of equipment for specific application conditions.
So, for open pit mining, in 2010, the first in the Russian Federation mobile technology of the "mashinozavod" type "MSZ-14 MT" was developed. And in 2015, taking into account the peculiarities of blasting operations at the KMAruda plant, the UZP-1 machine was designed and successfully tested, which allows pumping explosive explosives up to 250 m to the charging face.
