The modular software product of NITRO SIBERIA JSC for drilling and blasting has been developed and improved since 2009 to develop the methodologies of NITRO SIBERIA JSC for drilling and blasting and IT-automation of the work of mining specialists.
The software package uses a calculation methodology created for the effective use of emulsion explosives and tested in all mining and geological conditions.
The software package solves the following tasks:
-Calculate and simulate the parameters of drilling and loading for three types of industrial charges (solid, combined, dispersed) with the simultaneous output of a forecast of the results of blasting according to the fractional composition of the blasted rock mass and the average size of a piece of rock.
-Calculate the performance of explosives, taking into account the energy characteristics of the composition used, as well as the physical and structural properties of the array according to the patented method of NITRO SIBERIA JSC.
-To make an assessment of the actual structural properties of the exploded array according to the photograph of the board.
-To assess the actual fractional composition of the blasted rock mass.
-Select effective drilling diameter for given rocks and mining equipment.
-Calculate the parameters of drilling and blasting, providing the fractional composition of the blasted rock mass as close as possible to the requirements of the Customer.
-Conduct a comparative technical and economic assessment of the possible parameters of drilling and blasting.
-Prepare project documentation.
-The software package can be provided to the Customer when purchasing a technological line for the production of emulsion explosives of the "Sibirit"(r) brand for their most effective use in any mining and geological conditions.
-The terms and cost of the license for the software package are determined by the license agreement with the buyer of the production line.
-The software package is also used as a "know-how" tool of JSC "NITRO SIBERIA" for research work on optimizing the parameters of drilling and blasting operations at the mining enterprises of the company's clients.
