Sibirity-1000PM is an industrial emulsion explosive substance of Class I (according to conditions of use). Sibirit PSM-7500

Sibirit PSM-7500 is an industrial explosive in cartridge form, with UN serial number 0332, classified by the UN as a type E brisant explosive, class 1, subclass 1.5, which is manufactured in stationary production and is intended for use in open-pit mining in all geological and climatic conditions and regions of Russia as borehole charges at any degree of borehole water saturation, including use in rocks and ores containing sulfides, provided that: if the pyrite content does not exceed 30% and the acidity (pH) of the well water is not lower than 4.0, it is necessary to use Sibirit PSM-7500 grades G and M: if the pyrite content is higher than 30% and the acidity (pH) of of the well water is lower than 4.0, it is necessary to use modified compositions of Sibirit PSM-7500 - grades G(c) and M(c). - cartridge diameter - 90 mm, charge weight - 3.8 - 4.8 kg* (when using smooth saltpeter), 3.7 - 4.7 kg* (when using porous saltpeter); - cartridge diameter - 120 mm, charge weight - 7.7 - 8.3 kg* (when using smooth saltpeter), 7.0 - 8.0 kg* (when using porous saltpeter); - shell - five-layer polyamide film of increased strength or other polymer material. The time spent in the well by the Sibirit PSM-7500 explosive charge of modified grades G(c) and M(c) is determined by the instructions for use developed for specific mining and geological conditions, taking into account the Guidelines for the Prevention of Spontaneous Combustion and explosions of explosives based on ammonium nitrate during blasting operations in copper-pyrite ores (approved by the State Mining Supervision Agency on July 7, 1991). The depth of the wells to be charged is up to 65 m. Sibirit-PD

Sibirit-PD (hereinafter referred to as Sibirit-PD) is an intermediate detonator, a product containing a Class II emulsion explosive (under the conditions of use), designed to initiate low-sensitivity industrial explosives in dry and water-filled wells in open-pit operations, as intermediate detonators for borehole and blast hole charges during blasting operations in underground workings where there is either no release of combustible gases or explosive coal (shale) dust, or where inertization of the bottomhole space is used, which prevents the ignition of explosive environments during blasting operations, and on the ground surface. Temperature conditions of use: minus 50°C to plus 50°C. The time Sibirita-PD remains in the well is no more than 20 days. Sibirita-PD is initiated by an electric detonator and non-electric and electronic initiation systems. Example of the conditional designation of detonator cartridges when ordering and in technical documentation (see Figs. 2, 3, 4): Sibirit-PD intermediate detonator - 60/0.5 (TU 3602-042-05608605-2018), where 60 is the diameter of the intermediate detonator in mm, 0.5 is the weight of the intermediate detonator charge in kg. Sibirit-K

Sibirit-K is a contour blasting charge, a product containing an emulsion explosive of group 1 special class (C) (according to the conditions of use), intended for blasting operations on the earth's surface as a borehole charge for contour blasting, processing of quarry sides (bench stripping), excavations, slopes, etc. in order to obtain excavations (surfaces) of strictly specified contours without disturbing the preserved massif by the action of loosening charges. Sibirit-K charges can be used for charging wells and boreholes of any degree of water saturation, including use in rocks and ores containing sulfides, if the pyrite content in them does not exceeds 30% and the acidity (pH) of the well water is not lower than 4.0. Temperature conditions of use (atmospheric air temperature) are minus 50°C to plus 50°C. Water resistance is at least 30 days. The Sibirit-K charge is a product consisting of cylindrical sections (cartridges) filled with emulsion explosive in the form of a garland. The garland has a load-bearing cord stretched inside it along its entire length. For stable initiation of the Sibirit-K charge, it is necessary to attach a detonating cord (DC) with a total weight of at least 12 kg. For stable initiation of the Sibirit-K charge, it is necessary to attach a detonating cord (DC) with a total weight of at least 12.0 g/m to the outer side of the cartridges in the garland. The Sibirit-K charge is available in garlands with cartridge (garland link) diameters of 32, 45, and 55 mm and a constant total charge weight in the garland of 24 ± 0.5 kg for all diameters: - cartridge diameter 32 mm, garland length garland length 27.5 ± 1.9 m - cartridge diameter 45 mm, garland length 13.7 ± 1.1 m - cartridge diameter 55 mm, garland length 9.0 ± 0.6 m Conditional designation when ordering, for example: “Sibirit-K-32–24/0.5” (TU 3602-052-05608605-2020) for a cartridge diameter in the garland of 32 mm, a garland weight of 24 ± 0.5 kg, and weight of one link in the string (cartridge) 0.5 kg. “Sibirit-K-45–24/1.0” (TU 3602-052-05608605-2020) for a diameter cartridges in the garland – 45 mm, garland weight 24 ± 0.5 kg and weight of one garland link (cartridge) 1.0 kg. “Sibirit-K-55–24/1.2” (TU 3602-052-05608605-2020) for a diameter of cartridges in the garland – 55 mm, garland weight 24 ± 0.5 kg and weight of one garland link (cartridge) 1.2 kg.
