Semi-trailer - tanker ADR 20-1
Semi-trailer - tank ADR 20-1 is designed for transportation of non-explosive components of the water-resistant emulsion explosive (EVV) of the Sibirit-1000, -1200 type - emulsion, gas generating additive (GGD) and water spray solution (VO) and subsequent reloading of these components into a mixing -charging machines operating at mining enterprises, remote from a stationary point for a considerable distance. Tanks and technological equipment are placed on the tank semi-trailer.

The shape of the emulsion tank ensures that the emulsion in it is completely discharged by gravity.
For unloading GGD and VO by the displacement method, compressed air is supplied to these tanks.
The tanks are made of corrosion-resistant aluminum. Thanks to the use of light aluminum alloy, the tank semi-trailer has a minimum curb weight and increased load capacity.
To reduce heat losses from the tanks, their outer surfaces are covered with thermal insulation 50-100 mm thick, which ensures that the emulsion temperature does not change more than 150C in 24 hours at an ambient temperature of +40C to -40C.
The carrying capacity of the tank semi-trailer reaches 27 tons of EVV components.
Tank semi-trailer ADR 20-1, depending on the operating conditions, is manufactured in climatic modification "U" (temperate climate, ambient temperature from -40°C to +40°C), "T" (tropical dry and humid climate, temperature environment from -10°С to +45°С) according to GOST 15150-69.
Semi-trailer - tanker ADR 17-1
Semi-trailer tank ADR 17-1 is designed for the transportation of an aqueous solution of ammonium nitrate. Transportation of the tank semi-trailer is carried out by a tractor on roads of all categories.
The total weight of the transported solution is 22.7 tons.
The tank has thermal insulation, a system of liquid heating the tank, and can be equipped with a pump.
The pump drive is hydraulic or electric. The tank has three hatches with a diameter of 500 mm.

Tanker ADR 20-3
Semi-trailer - tank ADR 20-3 is designed for transportation on roads of all categories of oil products and aqueous salt solutions: dilute solutions of nitrates (concentration up to 30%) and nitrites (concentration up to 10%), that is, the oil phase (mixture of mineral oil with emulsifier), gas generating additive and water spray solution.
The total weight of the transported solutions is 22.5 tons, including the oil phase - 10 tons, the gas generating additive - 3.5 tons, and the water spray solution - 7.5 tons.
The tank has thermal insulation, an electric heating system for the oil phase, an electric-driven oil phase pump, a system for pneumatic transfer of a gas-generating additive, and a water spray solution. The tank has four hatches with a diameter of 500 mm.

Transportation complex TK-20
The transport complex TK-20 is designed to deliver non-explosive components of the emulsion waterproof explosive (EVV) of the Sibirit-1000, -1200 type: emulsion, gas-generating additive (GGD), and water spray solution (VO) to the places of blasting. The complex can also be used to deliver semi-finished solutions used in the production of Sibirit-1000 and -1200 emulsions: oxidizer solution (RO), oil products (NP), and technical water to production points.
Transportation of the complex is carried out by a tractor on roads of all categories in accordance with the requirements of the "Instructions for the transportation of bulky and heavy goods by road on the roads of the Russian Federation" in all climatic conditions at an ambient temperature of minus 50 ° C to plus 45 ° C.
